Holidays of Hope 2026
The Cancer Support Community – Greater Lehigh Valley is pleased to host the 2nd Holidays of Hope event on Saturday, November 14 from 6-10pm at The Club at Twin Lakes. This specialty event will help our community kickoff the holiday season while supporting those in the greater Lehigh Valley that have been impacted by a cancer diagnosis. The Holidays of Hope 2026 will feature a food and beverage tasting, followed by themed meal stations, live music, raffles, a cash bar and special program. In addition, you’ll have access to the bourbon & cigar social that will also feature milk and cookies! Dress is business professional with some holiday flair (please no ugly sweaters). Your support of CSCGLV stays local! Every dollar received goes to providing free support programs and services for people impacted by a cancer diagnosis in the following counties: Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton and Warren County, NJ (Phillipsburg). Wings of Hope – September 13
Join us for the 19th annual Wings of Hope, the signature event of Cancer Support Community – Greater Lehigh Valley. This butterfly release event brings the community together to honor and remember our loved ones who have faced a cancer diagnosis. Designed for all ages, Wings of Hope offers a heartfelt and uplifting experience for individuals and families alike. Enjoy an afternoon filled with a live butterfly release, a variety of activities for children and adults, inspirational speakers, music and entertainment, and local vendors and community resources. Golf 4 Cancer Lehigh Valley
The 11th Golf 4 Cancer Lehigh Valley outing at Southmoore Golf Course on Monday, July 27. The cost is $600/foursome and includes a meal, greens fees, cart, raffle opportunities and so much more. 29th Annual Charlie & Don Patt Memorial Golf Tournament
Join us for the 29th Annual Charlie & Don Patt Memorial Golf Tournament on May 18th, 2026, at The Club at Twin Lakes in Allentown, PA. For 28 years, this tournament has brought the community together for a meaningful day of golf, camaraderie, and giving back. In 2024, the event raised over $1 million, and we are continuing the momentum in 2026 to support local individuals and families impacted by cancer. CSCGLV Presents the Health Forward Summit
20 January 26 (Allentown, PA) – Cancer Support Community – Greater Lehigh Valley is pleased to announce the 2026 CSCGLV Health Forward Summit will take place on Saturday, June 13 at DeSales University. The Health Forward Summit is the new moniker for the Survivor Summit, which is an annual event hosted by CSCGLV. The new Health Forward Summit will continue to provide important speakers and various breakout sessions for those in the Greater Lehigh Valley community impacted by a cancer diagnosis (patient, caregiver, family members, friends, colleagues) while expanding to provide a larger health and wellness backdrop for those looking to find improvement with their physical and mental health. This event is free to attend; however, registration is required. Speakers, breakout sessions, and vendors will be announced at a later date. Event sponsorships are available. We are excited to kickoff the holiday season with our final event of 2025. Our first Holidays of Hope will bring together our community for a night of celebration as we look at the year that was. Little Pink Dress Party hosted by WLEV 100.7 – October 21
It’s time to once again don your pink threads and head over to The Wilbur Mansion for the Little Pink Dress Party hosted by WLEV 100.7. Date: Tuesday, October 21 Time: 5pm-8pm October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Help us raise funds and awareness of this terrible disease. Join 100.7 LEV and DeSales University School of Nursing at The Wilbur Mansion in Bethlehem on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 5 pm to 8 pm for the 15th Annual Little Pink Dress Party. It’s a celebration of survivors with a night of music from DJ Freddie Frederick Jr., dancing, samplings, mini-makeovers, prizes, and more! Planned Charitable Giving Education – October 16
Have you thought about your charitable giving plan, both for today and for your legacy? Do you know the investment strategies, tax benefits and how to set-up your estate plan? If you have questions, we are bringing the people who can provide some answers. Join us on October 16 at 630pm for this 30,000 foot overview to help get you started. The goal is to help you start the process without overburdening you with details. This educational event will be at our office and on zoom, so you can choose the best platform. Beards for Breasts – October 14
The 8th annual Beards for Breasts event will take place on Tuesday, October 14 at 6pm at Pearly Bakers Ale House in Easton, PA. This event will feature up to 15 gentleman in our community putting their beards up for auction. The winning bidders will assist in shaving the men’s faces. One catch: the guys on stage can bid to keep their beards! The men participating have the choice to shave their faces, and they are directly supporting those in cancer treatment that do not get the choice to keep their hair. LADIES: if you have the urge to put your hair up for auction for a shave, please contact James at jpepe@cancersupportglv.org. We’d welcome our leading ladies to take part in this event. Celebrity Bartending Night at the Copperhead – October 8
Join us on Wednesday, October 8 at the Copperhead Grille on Airport Road from 5-9pm as 6 members of our Lehigh Valley community take their place behind the bar in this dine to donate fundraiser. Our 3 bartending teams are: 5pm – Val Lewis (BSI Corporate Benefits) and Chris Gillis (Delta by Marriott Lehigh Valley) 6pm – Krista Berardelli (Agentis Plumbing) and Jeremy Brescia (ServPro EBW) 7pm – Valerie Bittner (model/actress) and Dan Lopez (Members 1st FCU) Bartenders will fundraise via tips of cash, venmo or credit card (we’ll have volunteers with clover machines to take credit cards). There will be specialty drinks that will also provide a donation back to CSC GLV. While the bar area will be crowded, we understand that the restaurant area for dinner may be more your speed. (especially if your family is coming with you) The Copperhead Grille will donate a portion of all food orders to CSC GLV from 5-9pm in the dining and bar areas.
